PhD student looking for a friendly house!

Hello there ! I am a 22 year old French girl, and I am just moving from Cambridge, where I did my Master degree, to Munich to start a PhD with the Max Planck Institute für Quantenoptik. I will be in the city for around 4 years, and I am looking for a flat share starting around 01/01/2021.

A bit more about myself: I'm a keen sportsperson, and do a fair amount of swimming/running/cycling/gym in my free time. I've been a competitive athlete since I was 12, and there's no chance of that stopping any time soon ! Having the Alps near by is one of the things I'm most excited by, and would be keen to try some mountaineering/ trail running. Before corona I also enjoyed going to concerts and making the most out of the busy city life- the French person in me needs the culture! If life allows, I am planning on exploring as many Munich art galleries and restaurants as possible. I also like to think of myself as open minded: I've travelled quite a lot, and lived in London, Paris, Nairobi and Cambridge. I love meeting people of different cultures, and having long discussions over coffee/ a glass of wine.

I've lived in flatshares for the past 4 years, and really enjoy socialising and having flat activities if people are up for it. I'm clean, and happy to do a cleaning rota for the house. I'm also slowly trying to learn German, and hopefully will be able to translate this presentation soon.
