Looking for a single room for long term with KVR. Maximum budget is 400€. I'm non-smoker and clean.

I am a student studying masters of Science from Technische Universität München. I'm starting my 2 ND semester and am looking for a place for long term. I would want a KVR as well. I am staying at a private accommodation right now and would like to move out. I am open for shared room in an apartment or a single room. Location is not a problem as long as it is near any U Bahn stop. I would not like a location where there is no U Bahn stop. I am a non-smoker and a clean person. I have previously lived at Studenten Werk room as well. If you have any offer for me, I would be glad to take it. I am looking to move in from the start of April ideally. I can provide proof of me being student once I feel like the place is suitable for me. I would like to personally visit a place before finalizing ant thing. I would not transfer any amount unless we have met physically.
