A shared flat that costs between 400-650 euros

Am Davis Amani, 29years old male from Dar es Salaam, Tanzania. I am a medical doctor with a bachelor in Doctor of Medicine. For two and half years, I have been working at Muhimbili University of Health and Allied Sciences as a tutorial assistant in the department of Epidemiology and Biostatistics.
I have been enrolled to Masters of Science in Epidemiology at Ludwig Maximillan University of Munich (LMU). The program will commence this winter. It is a 2 years program to be delivered predominantly in-person, and for that, I will have to move and live in Munich.
I am still in Tanzania finalizing some logistics before my travel. I will really love it to secure a shared flat, prefferably a one close to the institution. I lived, in my 5-years at medical school, in a shared flat before, and it was quite an experience.
Preparing and taking meals with flatmates gives me a lot of enjoyment. am usually amused doing some one or two in-door and out-door activities with friends
Watching movies, playing card, barbecue prepared and taken away from home, story telling and experience sharing will definitely make a living in Munich quite interesting.
I respect self privacy. I would love to have own's time for meditation, self-reading and taking some rest.
It is okay if flatmates smoke or drink alcohol although I don't use any of that.
