Central room for a semester

Hello,
My name is Chiara, I am 24yo from Italy. Since the first of October, I am studying Medicine and Surgery at TUM, so I am looking for a new home in the city.

I am interested in central rooms because of the nearby activities, and the relatively short commute to the university. I enjoy socializing, I like my home to be a peaceful place.

About what I like to do in my free time- it depends a lot on the friends I am with since I enjoy a lot of spending time with my friends, but I like to go to the cinema (especially to the old cinema in Rome) and then discuss about the movie, also watching movies/ tv series at home. I used to read a lot of books (not just the medical ones) so I enjoy talking about them and getting recommendations. I am very interested in international politics (not Italian, too boring). Still, I never had the time to search for info that is not compromised, so I mostly like to hear people discuss it.
I also like to travel, but not as a tourist, I enjoy going to a place and staying there for at least a month, preferably if I know a local that I can spend time with (when I travel I mostly do exchanges).
