It` s a very nice furnished 16 sqm big room. It s equipped with a comfortable bed, wardrobe, desk, chest of drawers, table, etc.. Due to the large window, it is bright and also offers a view to the green. The flat itself is 72 sqm and has the advantage that the rooms are not directly next to each other. So you don't have to be so considerate of each other.
The kitchen is equipped with everything you need for cooking and baking. There is enough crockery. The bathroom has a washbasin, a toilet and a bathtub/shower.
In the basement is a washing machine (coin-operated) and also a lot of drying rooms. The bicycle storage room is also in the basement.

Es ist ein sehr schönes, möbliertes 16 qm großes Zimmer. Es ist mit einem bequemen Bett, Kleiderschrank, Schreibtisch, Kommode, Tisch, etc. ausgestattet. Durch das große Fenster ist es hell und bietet auch einen Blick ins Grüne. Die Wohnung selbst ist 72 qm groß und hat den Vorteil, dass die Zimmer nicht direkt nebeneinander liegen. Somit braucht man auch nicht so viel Rücksicht auf den anderen nehmen.
Die Küche ist mit allem eingerichtet, was man zum Kochen und Backen braucht. Geschirr ist ausreichend vorhanden. Im Badezimmer ist neben dem Waschbecken und der Toilette auch eine Badewanne / Dusche vorhanden.
Im Basement ist eine Waschmaschine (Münzmaschine) und auch ausreichend Trockenräume. Der Fahrradkeller befindet sich im Keller.
The flat is located in the district Bogenhausen - Oberföhring, in the north-eastern part of the city. It offers an ideal infrastructure. Of course, there are shops, doctors and restaurants nearby. Just check with in Google-Maps. The street is Regina-Ullmann-Straße. The nearest tram (line 16 and 37) and also bus stop (line 50) can be reached on foot in 4 minutes. The S-Bahn stop "Johanneskirchen" is also within easy walking distance. The top of this area is: English Garden, Feringa Lake, bowling centre, cafés, and much more.

Die Wohnung liegt im Stadtteil Bogenhausen – Oberföhring, im nordöstlichen Teil der Stadt.
Er bietet eine ideale Infrastruktur. Natürlich befinden sich Geschäfte, Ärzte und Restaurants in der Nähe. Einfach mit in Google-Maps nachsehen. Die Straße ist die Regina-Ullmann-Straße. Die nächste Straßenbahn (Linie 37) und auch Bushaltestelle (Linie 50) ist zu Fuß in 4 Minuten erreichbar. Die S-Bahn-Haltestelle "Johanneskirchen" ist ebenfalls in wenigen Gehminuten gut zu erreichen. Der Freizeitwert ist top: Englischer Garten, Feringasee, Bowlingcenter, Cafés, u. v. m.

Ob es nun eine Zweck-WG ist oder nicht, entwickelt sich erst, wenn man zusammen in einer Wohnung lebt. Manchmal ist man nach der Arbeit müde, manchmal geht man aus oder manchmal trinkt man gerne ein Glas Wein zusammen. Jeder braucht seine Privatsphäre und seinen Rückzugsort. Für uns ist es sehr wichtig, dass jemand vertrauensvoll, ehrlich und sauber ist. Natürlich gibt es manchmal unterschiedliche Sichtweisen. Es ist wichtig, dass man darüber respektvoll reden kann. Nur dann ist es möglich, in Harmonie zusammenzuleben. Wir gehen täglich zur arbeit. Deshalb suchen wir eine Mitbewohnerin, die ebenfalls zur geht.
We are professional, open-minded, reliable and also have a sense of humour. Living in a shared flat is very different from living in your own flat. We know both sides and prefer life in a shared flat.
If you have a four-legged companion, this is of course also welcome. It's a non-smoking and working flat share, so no home office or home studies.
Nobody likes to spend their time cleaning, but you can't live without it. That's why we have a cleaning schedule so that nobody has to clean for each other for free.

Wir sind berufstätig, aufgeschlossen, zuverlässig und habe auch einen Sinn für Humor. Das Leben in einer Wohngemeinschaft ist ganz anders als das Leben in einer eigenen Wohnung. Wir kenne beide Seiten und bevorzuge das Leben in einer WG.
Wenn du einen vierbeinigen Begleiter haben, ist dieser natürlich auch willkommen. Es ist eine Nichtraucher- und Arbeits-WG, also kein Home-Office oder Homestudies.
Niemand verbringt die Zeit gerne mit Putzen, aber man kann nicht ohne leben. Deshalb gibt es bei uns einen Putzplan, so dass niemand umsonst für den anderen putzen muss.
