Bei deinem vielleicht zukünftigem Zimmer handelt es sich um ein Südzimmer, was komplett möbliert ist. In dem Zimmer sind folgende Möbel: Doppelbett, Schrank, Schreibtisch, Lampen etc. Falls du noch was brauchst oder mitbringen möchtest frag einfach, es lässt sich über alles reden.
Zu der Wohnung gehört ein Kellerabteil (8qm), wo du auch gerne Zeug lagern kannst. Außerdem ist im Keller unsere Waschmaschine und ein Trockenkeller. Auf der Nordseite haben wir auch einen süßen kleinen Gemeinschaftsgarten.
Die Gesamtmiete (700€) ist warm, inklusive Festnetztelefon, Internet und Strom.
Die Wohnung ist in einem Top Zustand, die Küche ist recht neu und schön (Geschirrspüler vorhanden ;)), seit 2019 haben wir schöne gut und leise schließende Türen.
Bad und WC sind separat und saniert.

I'm subletting my room from August to October as I'll be traveling. Dates can be extended.
It's a very bright room. The room is equipped with double size bed, 2 white wardrobes, a nightstand, bookshelf, large mirror and and a large window. You have a desk and chair if you want to work/study at home.
We share a bathroom with shower and an extra toilet. There is also a garden, parking area, laundry room with washing machine for common use.
The kitchen is equipped with everything you might need (coffee machine, dish washer, cooking pots, kitchenaid, etc.)
P.S. Parties are not allowed in the flat.
Also die Lage ist echt top. Der 57 Bus ist 300m entfernt. Der Laimer Platz mit der U5 (braucht ganze 7 Minuten zum HBF) und allen möglichen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (REWE, DM, Bank, Restaurants, Kulturcafe Steinchen) ist 1,0km entfernt, sprich 10 Minuten zu Fuß oder 5 Minuten mit dem Rad. Außerdem ist der Willibaldplatz auch gleich ums Eck (600m). Dort findest du auch allerlei an Geschäften (Rossmann,Edeka, Bäcker, Metzger, Apotheke usw) und natürlich die 19 und 29 Trams die dich in 10 Minuten zu den Pasinger Arcarden oder 15-20 zum Hauptbahnhof bringen.
Die Wohnung liegt in einer grünen ruhigen Gegend mit aufgeschlossenen und netten Nachbarn.
Ein cooler Park ist auch schnell zu erreichen.

It takes about 7 minutes to walk to the Willibaldplatz Tram stop. There is a bus stop 3 mins away. By bike it takes 5-6 minutes to get to the Laimer Platz (U5 stop). The nearest shopping facilities are Rewe, Edeka, Lidl, Aldi.
Am besten passt du zu uns, wenn du eine chillige WG suchst, wo jeder ein Leben hat, und Privatsphäre zu schätzen weißt. Ob Zweck WG oder wir gemeinsam etwas unternehmen, hängt auch davon ab, wie wir uns verstehen und die Zeit vorhanden ist ... ich wäre bei beidem dabei.
