Das 16m^2 große Zimmer ist komplett möbliert mit einem 1,6m x 2,0m Bett, einem Fernseher und hat genug Stauraum für alles mögliche! Die Wohnung ist insgesamt 60m^2 groß, mit einer großen Wohnküche und mit allen wichtigen Elemente die eine Wohnung haben sollte. Unten im Keller befindet sich außerdem auch noch etwas Stauraum und eine Waschmaschine.
Die Lage ist optimal, man ist schnell zu Fuß(6min) bei der Münchener Freiheit und dort gibt es zahlreiche Möglichkeiten sich fortzubewegen(U3/U6/…). Man ist somit in kürzester Zeit in der Stadt, an der Uni oder bspw. im Englischen Garten. Außerdem lassen es sich zu Fuß auch zahlreiche Supermärkte erreichen und Parkplätze findet man auch immer gut.
Mein Mitbewohner ist Leo, 20 Jahre alt und Jura Student im 4. Semester. Er ist ein sehr offener als auch unkomplizierter Mensch und freut sich jemanden zu finden mit dem er weiterhin ein angenehmes Wg Leben führen kann:)
