Flatshare Type

Hier ist es sehr friedlich. Jeder macht seine eigenen Sachen, aber man kann auch etwas planen, wenn Interesse besteht. Es ist eine Zweck-WG, also ist das Leben auch so. Die Leute, die hier wohnen, sind nett, deshalb ist das Zusammenleben kein großes Problem. Es gibt einen Putzplan, der jeden Monat aufgestellt wird. Man kann hier mit anderen reden und seine Verfügbarkeit planen.

It is quite peaceful here. Everyone does their own things, but things can be planned if there is interest. It is a purpose WG, so life is also like that. The people living here are nice, because of which living together isn't a big hassle. There is a cleaning plan set-up for every month. You can talk with others here and plan your availability.

Die Wohnung liegt in einem kernsanierten Mehrfamilienhaus. Die gepflegte und voll renovierte Wohnung liegt im ersten Stock und verfügt über ein Badezimmer mit Dusche und WC, eine Küche und vier Privatzimmern.

Alle Wohnräume sind mit Laminat ausgelegt. Die Küche verfügt über Einbauküche mit Backofen, Ceranfeld mit Dunstabzugshaube, Kühlschrank, Gefrierschrank und Mikrowelle mit Grill. Waschmaschine ist ebenfalls vorhanden, welche mit Munzen aktiviert wird (1€ = 150 min). Wäscheständer sind zum Trocknen vorhanden (können auf dem Balkon aufbewahrt werden).
