Schönes helles Zimmer in ruhiger Straße mit Arbeitsplatz und Wohncouch, die als Schlafsofa ausziehbar ist. Es gibt drei weitere Schlafzimmer in der WG sowie eine ganz neue Wohnküche mit Balkon und Speisekammer. Die Wohnung hat zwei Bäder und einen großen Flur. Das Zimmer hat zwei große Fenster, die mit abdunkelnden Vorhängen ausgestattet sind.
Die Wohnung liegt direkt über der Bar Kooks, wodurch man abends und am Wochebende etwas Musik hören kann. Im schönen Glockenbachviertel gelegen, erreicht man zahlreiche Cafés, Restaurants, Bars und auch die Isar sowie den ÖPNV in wenigen Gehminuten.
Wir reden und kochen gerne, ab und an gibt es einen Spieleabend oder einen Ausflug. Der Umgang ist sehr freundschaftlich, respektvoll und herzlich. Unsere Wohnung ist unser Zuhause, daher freuen wir uns auf eine Person, die auch für kurze Zwit darin positiv mitwirkt.
Wir vermieten das Zimmer, da wir auf Reisen sind. Die anderen Mitbewohner:innen sind zuhause. Wir könnten due Zwischenmiete um ein paar Tage verlängern oder verkürzen.
