It‘s availble for 1-year from 1st of June 2024 to 1st of june 2025.
The room has a big spce so it‘s divided itself into living room and bedroom and also working area, the room is very bright so you will enjoy the sun everyday .. the room is fully furnished. A TV 55inch. The couch could be pull to be a bed if you have guest. The room lighting system and devices is smart controlled by alexa.
Also a well organized working desk with two 28-inch screens and dock station which is helpful either for study or work.
It‘s 5 minutes walking from U-Bahn Olympiaeinkaufszentrum ( u1 /u3 /u7), a bus stop also infront of the apartment take you to the S-Bahn Moosach in 7 minutes.
Supermarket and backery is exactly infront of the building.
Olympiaeinkaufszentrum is 6 minutes walking ( shopping mall with DM and Edeka inside).
Live there 3 girls all are 25 years old to 27 years old; 2 work full time and one is a master's student at tum and works part time. They are very friendly and clean.
a friendly atmosphere concerning privacy which makes life easier. the cleaning schedule is every one clean once per month in the common area ( Kitchen, Floor, Bathroom and Guest-WC); all the cleaning tools are already in the apartment.
The apartment has everything ( WLAN, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine with dryer, oven, stove, vacuum cleaner, coffee machine, cooking Utensils )
The apartment was completely renovated in 2021 and the walls are well-insulated for sound for better privacy.
the neighbourhood is quiet and lots of nice parks on walking distance from the apartment.
