Additionally, there is a fully equipped kitchen and a spacious, clean bathroom featuring both a shower and a bathtub, along with two sinks. Your future flatmates will be Benjamin, a student at LMU, and Prasad, an IT professional. The landlady resides on the floor below, with each floor being distinct and separate.
Additionally, there is a fourth room on the floor, utilized as an office by a doctor. She has her own room and bathroom. Therefore, the bathroom and kitchen will only be shared with your flatmates, Benjamin and Prasad.
The house is notably quiet and peaceful, with residents generally keeping to themselves.
