Room available in a shared apartment (student) 🏠
Hi all!
I live in a lovely appartment with 4 othe people. Unfortunately I have the need to move closer to my workplace, so I would like to swap my room for another one in the East part of Munich (accessible to Unterföhring).
If it wasn for this, I would have loved to stay in my cosy room, enjoing the shared house and relaxing the garden in spring.

The room has two large windows, so it’s very bright (depends if the sun pops out, we are still in Germany 😅) and two spacious wardrobes are provided.
Under the bed there are closets for storage and there is also a sofa, which can be useful to compromise studying on the desk or on the bed.
The heating is included in the rent and, luckily for you, in the room there is a big radiator, so you will never suffer cold hahah and you can also regulate the temperature as you like.
Address: Murtalstrasse, Laim (4 min from Williebaldplatz tram station, tram every 5 mins to city/Pasing)
The most important part of the house is the living room, were you can relax having a view of the garden.
I have to be honest wirh you, I have choosen this house especially for its spacious and comfy living room, which is the heart of the house.
Here is were you meet the other tenants, it’s were you eat your meals, were we watch Netflix together or were you can hang out with your friends (the house is always open for guests).
There is a huge table in the middle (we once had a dinner for 12 people and we all fit in), a smaller table, a large sofa and few cupboards, wardrobes and shelves.
Other features of the house:
Shared bathroom and kitchen with dishwasher. Basement for storage. Shared washing machine accessible. Garden house. Bicycles storage available.
