Whole apartment is stylish and warm. It was completely renovated with new kitchen and bathroom in May 2017. Which is located at nice area in Pasing. Supermarket, shopping mall and tram/bus/Sbahn are near by. If you are looking for a comfortable and home style place, then you are at right place.
The room is 23 qm with a double bed 140 cm in width. It's full furnished with a closet 80 cm in width, a big drawer, a desk/chair, wall cabinet etc. You can relaxing in your own balcony which is including table and chair. Internet is included. Bring your luggages and move in. You will feel nice and comfortable.
* TV sideboard will be removed
You will share a cozy bathroom and kitchen with others. There is also a shared dinning area with table and chairs.
A new nice bathroom has has tub and wash machine.
Full function and very new kitchen is with following:

Besides one small storage room to share, there are small living room as social area in the apartment. It's very cozy.
You don't need to be very socialise but easy communicate would be nice. Your flatmates are nice and care about hygiene. It's very important to contribute to the weekly clean task in shared area.
