Da ich über Weihnachten in die Heimat bin, untermiete ich meinem 19 qm Zimmer voll mobliert von den Zeit der 12. Dezember bis der 9. Januar. Perfekt für jeder der die Spätsommer atmosphäre in München erleben will oder für die Übergangszeot bis man eine langfristige Bleibe findet (z.B. besichtigungen zu machen ). Die Wohnung verfügt über eine WG-Küche, wohnzimmer, ein Badezimmer mit WC und eine separate Toilette. Im Keller und Hinterhof gibt es zudem reichlich Möglichkeiten sein Fahrrad unterzustellen
Since I will be on vacation for the a month I am renting my fully furnished room (19 m^2) with a queen size bed for the time between 12th of December till the 9th of January. The room is a perfect fit for snyone that wants to feel the late summer vibes of Munich or for students moving to the city that need some place to stay whie they look for a longterm room or shared flat. The flat has a spacious kitchen, a living room with a TV, a full bathroom with a bathtub and an extra separate WC.
Oh & there's also a place to leave your bike in the backyard!
Die WG befindet sich im Herzen Münchens in der schöne Maxvorstadt!
Der Hauptbahnhof ist 5 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt und direkt vor der Tür fahren die Tramlinien 19, 20, 21.
In direkter Nähe befindet sich ein Edeka und die U-Bahn (U2). Der Kunstareal, sowie viele Bars & Restaurants, sind in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen.
The flat is right in the center of Munich in the Maxvorstadt!
While staying here you will only be a 5 min walk away from the central train station and less than 1 min away from the Tramlines 19, 20 & 21. Besides that, flat is just between two metro station: U1 (Stiegelmeierplatz) and the U2 (Königsplatz). In a nutshell: it is super easy to get around with the public transport from here!
Grocery stores and supermarkets are also in a walking distance of no more than 3 min.
Für die 3 wochen deine tollen Mitbewohnern sind Felix (27) und Asma (23). Asma studiert an Wirtschaftsinformatik an der TUM, während Felix gerade im bereich Politikwissenschaften promoviert.
Abends wird mal ausgegangen, mal gekocht, mal werden Filmabende gemacht usw. Aber natürlich hat man nichts dagegen wenn man sich mal im Zimmer zurückziehen will.
Also, wenn du ein Zimmer suchst und denkst, dass du bei uns gut passen könntest schreibt kurz über dich! (:
During your stay here, you will be living with two awesome flatmates, Felix (27) and Asma (23). Asma studies a mix of informatics and economics at the TUM, while felix is currently doing his PhD in political sciences & spends most of the day in the University.
Both are super nice people and will enjoying chatting with you, having some beers and giving you some recomendations for the city!
GILT WÄHREND DER OKTOBERFEST:
Da in der Wiesnzeit viel Chaos in der Stadt herrscht und wir auch keine Katastrophe in der WG haben wollen, würden wir nach einer Kaution fragen die am ende der 3 wochen zurück zu dir kommt (wenn alles in Ordnung hinterlassen wurde).

Since the time around the Oktoberfest is famous for the chaos reigning in Munich, I would like to get a deposit that would ve retransferred to you after your stay, if everything is left behind in reasonable terms.
