Da ich für ein paar Wochen in mein Heimatland zurückgehen, würde ich gerne mein geräumiges WG-Zimmer für vier Wochen untervermieten. Das genaue Datum kann besprochen werden. Du würdest auf meinem Standard-Doppelbett (140x200cm) gut schlafen und jeden Morgen einen Blick ins Grüne haben. Außerdem gibt es einen Schreibtisch und Highspeed-Internet für das Homeoffice. Ein großes Sofa in meinem Zimmer kann einen faulen Abend nach der Arbeit oder am Wochenende bieten. Die Küche und das Bad sind sauber und werden mit meiner Mitbewohnerin geteilt. Alle Geräte, die man zum Kochen braucht, sind in der Küche vorhanden. Lidl (Supermarkt) direkt gegenüber. Westpark ist nur 5 Minuten zu Fuß. Keine Anmeldung!
As I am going back to my country for few weeks, I would like to sublet my spacious WG room for four weeks. The exact date can be discussed. You would sleep well on my standard double bed (140x200cm) and have a green view every morning. There is also a desk and high speed internet for the home office. A huge sofa in my room can offer a lazy evening after work or weekends. The kitchen and bathroom are clean and shared with my another roommate. All the equipments you need for cook are available in the kitchen. Lidl (supermarket) just right across the street. Westpark is only 5 minutes on foot. No registration!
Das Zimmer befindet sich 5 Minuten zu Fuß von der U-Bahn-Station Holzapfelkreuth entfernt. Die Buslinien 51 und 151 halten in der Nähe (3 Minuten). 5 Minuten zum Westpark, 20 Minuten zum Marienplatz und 25 Minuten zum Hauptbahnhof.

Ich habe eine Mitbewohnerin, also müsstest du dir die Küche und das Bad mit ihr teilen. Aber wir hatten noch nie ein Problem damit. Sie kann sowohl Deutsch als auch Englisch sprechen.
I have a roommate, so you would need to sharer the kitchen and bathroom with her. But we have never had a problem with that. She can speak both German and English.
