Das möblierte Zimmer ist knapp 20qm gross und hat ein Fenster zum Hof (schön ruhig). Es hat hohe Decken und Fischgrätparkett. Vermietet wird es mit Bett, Kleiderschrank, Regal und Schreibtisch. Es gibt ein Hangboard über der Tür (falls Du kletterst ;-)) und Du müsstest dich um meine Pflanzen kümmern.
Die Wohnung hat eine Wohnküche mit Balkon, ein Bad und ein extra Klo, es gibt ein Gäste/ Wäschezimmer und eine Abstellkammer. Wenn du Platz brauchst für Dinge ist im Keller ebenfalls ausreichend Stauraum.
Im Hof kann man Fahrräder abstellen und im Sommer auch Grillen.
Sendling ist ein super schönes Viertel mit Kopfsteinpflasterstraßen und kleinen Läden. Die U3/U6 Station Implerstraße ist 1min zu Fuß entfernt, Supermärkte ebenfalls direkt gegenüber und mit dem Rad ist man in 5 min an der Isar.
Du würdest mit Klara (24), Leonie (25) und Hannah (27) zusammenwohnen.
Wir kennen uns aus dem Studium und haben ein sehr familiäres WG Leben.
Die Wohnung ist aber groß genug, sodass man sich gut zurückziehen kann.
Wir wünschen und eine entspannte und gesellige Person, die Bock hat für ein paar Monate am WG leben teilzuhaben und schon Erfahrung im Zusammenwohnen hat.
