Ich habe meinen Vertrag zum 30.09. gekündigt und bin für den Rest der Zeit nicht mehr in München. Eventuell besteht die Möglichkeit zur Übernahme des Hauptmietervertrages. Wenn du daran Interesse hast, wirst du der Vermieterin SCHUFA (solicitar ahora) und Einkommensnachweis vorweisen müssen.
Die Wohnung befindet sich direkt am Leonrodplatz. Mit den Trams 20 und 12, sowie den Bussen 53 und 59 hat man eine gute Anbindung direkt vor der Haustür. Außerdem kann man Hauptbahnhof, Rotkreutzplatz und Hohenzollernplatz mit dem Rad in ca. 10 Minuten erreichen. Alle Unis sind ebenso innerhalb 15 Minuten mit den Rad zu erreichen (Hochschule ist sogar nur 5 Minuten zu Fuß).
Edeka und Penny sind weniger als 5 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Weitere Läden wie Lidl und DM sind mit dem Fahrrad in 5 Minuten zu erreichen.
Bad und Dusche sind getrennt, was super ist. Außerdem hast du einen Balkon.
Die WG tendiert eher zu einer Zweck-WG. Wir tauschen uns auch gerne mal am Abend gegenseitig aus, sind aber definitiv keine Party-WG. Du kannst aber auch gerne ein bisschen mehr Leben in die WG bringen.
Du wohnst zusammen mit einem PhDler und einer Kunststudentin. Du wirst außerdem einen weiteren Mitbewohner haben der pendelt und nur ca. 6-8 Nächte pro Monat da ist.

ENGLISH VERSION
I have terminated my contract as of 30.09. and will not be in Munich for the remainder of the duration. There is a possibility that you can take over as the main tenant and stay in the flat long term. If you're interested in that you'll have to provide SCHUFA (solicitar ahora) as well as proof of income.
The apartment is located directly at Leonrodplatz. With the trams 20 and 12, as well as the buses 53 and 59, you have a good connection right at the doorstep.You can also reach reach Hbf, Rotkreutzplatz and Hohenzollernplatz by bike in about 10 minutes. And all 3 universities can be reached by bike within 15 minutes (the university is only a 5 minute walk away).
Edeka and Penny are less than 5 minutes away by foot. Other stores such as Lidl and DM can be reached by bike in 5 minutes.
Highlights: bathroom and shower are separate and you have a balcony.
The WG tends more of a "Zweck-WG". But we do like to chat in the evenings from time to time, but are definitely not a party-WG. However, you can also add some more life to into the flat.
You will live together with one PhD student and an art student. You will also have another roommate who commutes and is only there about 6-8 nights per month. They're all really good people.
