The apartment is in really good condition. I have a big long balcony where both rooms have individual doors to access. Your room is going to be approx.20m². My room is also 20m². There is 1 kitchen and 1 bathroom. The bathroom has standard sizes and the kitchen is not that big, but we have space to sit together or cook. The living room in the photos will be your future room. I will take care of the furniture.
In the building, the washing machine stays on the base floor. we have an underground garage. If you want to have a parking place it is an additional cost of €60 but I don't know if we have space there for another car. This we have to ask to the building manager.. The building is in a really good location, close to Aasee(3 min approx.). it has a good natural view from the balcony. There are some bus stations close to the apartment. In the building, there are bike parking areas as well.
If you would like to know me a little bit, I am an engineer. I came to Germany 3 years ago. I speak English German and Turkish but I feel confident with English the most.
I like to make music. I have some instruments at home. Sometimes I jam with my friends and sometimes I play alone but I promise I do not make too much noise :D I like to spend some time outside. I am a part of an international friend group and you are welcome.
It is for sure that everybody should spend some time alone but I like to spend time with my roommate as well.
I would like to stay with a person who knows his/her responsibilities at home. We can define these together. I am quite relax and flexible about this. The most important thing is that I do not want to spend all my time in my room and not communicating with my flatmate. Social people are welcome :-)
