Die Wohnung ist insgesamt ca. 90m² groß und liegt im schönen Südviertel direkt am kleinen Marktplatz im Geistviertel. Mittwochs und Samstags ist direkt gegenüber ein kleiner Wochenmarkt. Abstellmöglichkeiten für Fahrräder sind reichlich vorhanden und eine Bushaltestelle ist direkt vor der Tür. (Linien 1, 9, 4 and N82
Rewe, Super Bio Markt und bald wieder Lidl sind in maximal 5 Minuten Fußweg erreichbar(Ebenso diverse Bäcker) .
Zudem befindet sich im Gebäude eine Sparkasse.

The apartment is aproximentaly 90m2 and it's in the beautiful Südviertel, nearby the small Marketplace in Geistviertel. On wednesdays and saturdays there's a small week market. There's a lot of space for parking your bike and there's a bus station in front of the door. (Bus lines 1, 9, 4 and N82)
Rewe, Super bio markt and soon again Lidl are maximum in 5 minutes walking distance. Also the bakery.
Plus in the building there is a Sparkasse.

WG-Leben
Wir sind keine Zweck WG und möchten ein aktives WG-Leben führen. Dazu gehören unter anderem gemeinsame Aktivitäten oder gemeinsames abhängen im großen Wohnzimmer. Spiele gehören in allen Varianten (Gesellschaftsspiele, Tabeltop, Karten und Videospiele) zu unserer WG und bilden ein häufiges gemeinsames Element.
Lieben und fahren das Rad.

Wir sind alle mindestens Vegetarier.

Du wirst mit Fips, Miguel und Luna zusammen wohnen.

Fips geht in seiner Freizeit gerne raus. Am liebsten mit dem Rad, Paddeln oder per pedes, abends gerne Konzerte oder einfach zum Kiosk.
Mit Brettspielen, Kartenspielen und Videospielen ist Fips immer zu locken. Da darf es auch gerne ganz Nerdy werden.
Natur und Politik sind ihm auch wichtig.

Miguel ist schnell, fährt viel Rad, mag Frisbee sehr, für sport und Bewegung gern zu haben. Faulenzt aber auch gerne. Hat immer Hunger und trinkt die Harfermilch leer, er kann gut kochen.
Arbeitet dies und das.

Luna liebt auch fahrrad fahren, sie macht unregelmäßig yoga und meditation. Sie liebt Kunst und basteln generell, vor allem Fotografie und Fotobearbeitung. Sie lernt gerne andere Sprachen, mittlerweile Italienisch und Spanisch. Sie reist und campt sehr gerne.

Wir sind nicht unbedingt eine Party WG. Zum feiern gehen wir lieber raus.

WG life
We are no purpose WG and want to have an activ WG Life. That means for example doing activities together or hang out together in the living room. Or games in many variations (Boardgames, cardgames...)
We love and ride bicycle.
Love and respect the nature.
We are all minimum Vegeterians.

Fips goes in his free times out. He likes cycling and paddeling or walking. In the evenings he likes to go to concerts or just to the Kiosk (liquorstore) He is always there for playing boardgames, cardgames or video games together. There it can get some nerdy. Nature and politics are important for him.

Miguel is fast, cycles a lot, likes frisbee a lot. Loves generally sports and movements. But he can also be very lazy. He is always hungry and drinks the oatmilk empty. He can cook really good.

Luna loves also cycling, she makes unregularly yoga and meditation. She loves art generally. Especially Photography and Photo-art. She likes it a lot to learn different languages, meanwhile Spanish and Italian. She loves travelling and camping...

We are not really a party WG. We go rather out if we want to party..
