Ich suche für mein schönes WG Zimmer ab Juli einen Nachmieter.
Die Wohnung hat 3 Zimmer mit einem großen Wohnzimmer zur Gemeinschaftsnutzung, Küche mit Kühlschrank, Geschirrspülmaschine, Waschmaschine, Herd, Ofen etc.. Bad mit Fenster und Badewanne. Einen großen Südbalkon. Die Wohnung ist voll ausgestattet mit allem was man täglich braucht. Dein neues Zimmer ist 10 qm groß, schön hell und mit Ostsonne.
Die Wohnung liegt direkt an der U-Bahn Haltestelle Böhmerwaldplatz. In die Innenstadt sind es weniger als 10min.. Richtung Osten, sind es 12min zum S-Bhf Leuchtenbergring. Mit dem Fahrrad bist Du in schnell an der wunderschönen Isar. Supermarkt, Bäcker, Bank, Aphoteke und Ärzte sind vor der Haustür.
Das Haus hat 6 Etagen mit jeweils 2Parteien pro Etage.
Mein Mitbewohner freut sich auf einen coolen neuen Mitbewohner/in, auf das ein oder andere Feierabendbier, auch gerne auf Kochabende, Sportpartner oder einfach nette Unterhaltungen. Das Zusammenleben ist locker und entspannt.
Unter der Woche sind wir arbeiten und am Wochenende gerne unterwegs.
Von den Nachbarn bekommt man nicht viel mit, sind aber alle in Ordnung.
Schlafcouch kann kostenlos übernommen werden. Muss aber nicht drin bleiben. Bei Nichtgefallen, würde ich Sie abholen lassen.
