Die Wohnsituation ist modern, ruhig und exklusiv ausgestattet. Das Zimmer verfügt über sein eigenes Bad innerhalb der 3er WG.
Bei uns wohnen internationale Studenten, Praktikanten sowie Berufstätige, die während ihres Aufenthalts in München Wert auf Wohnqualität, Sauberkeit und Ruhe legen.
Ein geräumiges Wohnzimmer und Küche sind als Gemeinschaftsräume vorhanden.

we rent out rooms in a shared flat, nearby the Station of Dachau. It is connected with the S2 to munich central Station every 10 min. You arrive in munich central Station in 20 minutes. If you take the train you arrive in only 11 minutes at munich central station.
The flat and the rooms are furnished high valued and modern. We have international students and trainees living here who look after a nice place to live during there staying. Tidiness and tranquility is apprecciated. This room has its own bathroom.

5 Geh-Min vom Bahnhof Dachau entfernt. Mit der S-Bahn (S2) sind es ca. 20 Minuten (10 Min.-Takt!) und mit der Regionalbahn ca. 13 Minuten bis zum Hauptbahnhof München. Die Buslinie 172 verbindet die Stadt Dachau mit Feldmoching / Am Hart im 10 Min.-Takt. Die Buslinie 291 hingegen verbindet die Stadt mit der S-Bahn-Station Unterschleißheim. Von dort kommt man dann auch nach Garching. Fußläufig können Post, Banken, Supermärkte und Bahnhof (5 Min) sowie Sportmöglichkeiten bequem erreicht werden.

Unsere WG unternimmt je nach Lust und Laune Ausflüge in die Berge oder gemeinsame Abende nach München. Abende zu Hause mit einem Bierchen und Pizza sind natürlich auch dabei. Auch gemeinsames Kochen findet statt, falls Hobbyköche unter uns sind. Unternehmungen gibt es zahlreiche. Dennoch sind wir keine Party-WG, es wird aber auch ohne Lärm und Chaos nicht langweilig gleichzeitig findet man in unserer WG einen ruhigen und angenehmen Rückzugsort.
