Unsere Wohnung ist insgesamt 100 qm groß und sehr gut WG geeignet. Große Wohnküche mit Balkon, Bad (Badewanne) und Toilette getrennt. Dein Zimmer hat 10 qm, ist sehr hell und hat Parkettboden. Wir würden uns freuen noch ein(e) Mitbewohner(in) zu bekommen.
Anbei findest Du einige Bilder unserer WG. Wir sind soweit ganz gut ausgestattet, aber Du kannst auch gerne noch etwas mitbringen. Dein Zimmer ist unmöbliert.

Our apartment is in total 100 sq. m in size. We have a large living room with balcony, bathroom (bathtub & shower), a separate toilet and a hallway. Your room is 10 sq.m, very well lit and has parquet flooring. We are looking for a roommate.
You can look at the pictures on the advertisement. The house is already well equipped, nevertheless you can contribute voluntarily if you wish. Your room is unfurnished.
Transport: Tram (Linie 19, N19 - just 1 minute walk), U-Bahn (U5 Laimer Platz - just 5 minutes walk), S-Bahn (Laim - just 5 minutes walk), Bus (Linie 51, 151, 168 - just 1 minute walk)
Supermarkets: Edeka (3 minutes walk), Edeka F21 (1 minutes walk), Basics-Bio Supermarket (1 minute walk), Netto (1 minute walk), Penny (3 minutes with Tram 19), Aldi (4 minutes with Bus)

Wir, Shiv, Laura (beide beruflich Ingenieur), Paul (der Welpe), und Leo (der Kater) suchen nach eine neuen Mitbewohnerin ab dem 01.09, da Hella auszieht. Du solltest wenn möglich Spanisch/Deutsch sprechen, auch wenn wir normalerweise fast nur Englisch im Haus sprechen!
Uns ist Ordnung und Sauberkeit sehr wichtig und entsprechend solltest du bitte auch Wert auf Sauberkeit und Ordnung in den Gemeinschaftsräumen legen. Unser WG-Leben ist relativ entspannt und wir sehen uns weder als eine reine Zweck WG, noch kochen wir jeden Abend zusammen. Wir sind international unterwegs (Freundeskreis) und uns ist es wichtig, gut miteinander auszukommen und gerne auch spontan im Flur zu quatschen. Wir sind keine Raucher und würden uns sehr freuen, wenn du auch nicht rauchst.

We, Shiv, Laura (both professionally engineers), Paul (the doggo), and Leo (the kitty) are looking for a new roommate from 01.09 as Hella is moving out. If possible, it would be great if you speak Spanish/German, however, normally we speak English in the house!
We like to keep things in order and cleanliness is important to us. Therefore, you should also be willing to follow the same, specially in the common rooms. Our WG life is relatively relaxed and we keep a friendly environment with occasional cooking together. We embrace an international culture (friend circle) and enjoy spontaneous chats in the hallway. We are non-smokers and would be very pleased if you do not smoke either.
Wir würden uns freuen, wenn Du uns ein paar Zeilen über Dich schreibst und vielleicht ein Bild von Dir und Deine Social Media Profile mitschickst, Damit wir uns einen ersten Eindruck machen können. Bitte melde Dich nur bei uns, wenn Du für minimal 12 Monate einziehen möchtest - je länger, desto höher Deine Chancen (da wir jemanden für längere Zeit suchen).
Bitte beachte, dass wir einen Hund und einen Kater im Haus haben. Die heißen Paul und Leo. Paul ist der süßeste Hund, den Du jemals treffen wirst und er magst es, Dir beim Essen zuzusehen :D. Leo ist nur 4 Monate alt und ist super süß und kuschelig.

As we expect to receive a lot of applications, it is in the best of your interest to invest a few minutes to make your email jump out of the rest and make a good first impression. Please contact us ONLY if you wish to move in for minimum of at least 12 months - the longer, the better (as we want to find a roommate for the long-term).
Please be aware that we have a dog and a cat in the house. They are called Paul and Leo. Paul is the sweetest dog you will ever meet and he loves to watch you eat :D. Leo is only 4 months old and is super sweet and cuddly.
