Zwischenmiete / only for rent two weeks from mid till end of March
Untervermietet wird ein sehr großes (37 qm), schön helles Zimmer mit altbautypisch hohen Decken. Da ich nur für die angegebene Zeit im Ausland bin, ist das Zimmer möbiliert und gut ausgestattet (siehe Bilder, Handtücher, Bettwäsche etc kann auch alles benutzt werden). Ein paar persönliche Gegenstände (ein paar Fächer im Schrank etc.) werden auch im Zimmer bleiben, aber es wird genügend Platz für eigene Sachen geben.
Im Zimmer wohnen normalerweise auch zwei Katzen (nicht zur Zeit der Zwischenmiete), für Allergiker ist das Zimmer deshalb vermutlich nicht geeignet.
Das Zimmer hat eine besonders schöne Stuckdecke und einen Parkettboden, die Fenster sind saniert und verfügen über Schallschutz.
Insgesamt hat die sanierte Altbau- Wohnung 79 qm. Das Haus verfügt über einen Aufzug. Der Preis bezieht sich auf die angegebenen zwei Wochen.
(Short English version: We sublet a nice big (37qm) room with high ceilings from mid till end of March. As I will return after that time, the room is fully furnished and a few personal items will remain. Usually two cats live in the room (not during your stay), so its probably not suitable for allergic people. The flat in total is 79qm and is accessible by elevator. Price is for the indicated two weeks.
Die Wohnung befindet sich in zentraler Lage zwischen dem Hauptbahnhof (S-Bahn-Anbindung)und der Theresienwiese, beides ist in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen.
Auch die U-Bahn (Haltestelle Theresienwiese U 4/5) ist nur zwei Minuten entfernt.
Es gibt verschiedenste Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in direkter Nähe (Super-Markt, Reinigung, Döner/Pizza/Falafel, Bank, Gemüseladen, Apotheke, Bäcker, Metzger, Kneipen, Bars, Restaurants, etc.)
Die WG besteht aus dir und einer sehr lieben Mitbewohnerin.
In unserer WG sitzen wir sehr gerne mal beisammen, z.B. zum kochen, aber jeder kann auch die Türe hinter sich schließen, wenn er seine Ruhe braucht.
Einen Putzplan gibt es nicht, Putzmuffel sind jedoch nicht erwünscht - ich bin auch keiner.
(English: You will have a nice female roommate. English speaking people are also welcome and there is also basic to advanded knowledge of other languages.
We like to sit together and socialize, e.g. by cooking together, but the possibility of having quiet time is also important.
There is no fixed cleaning schedule, but we should both look after cleanliness in the flat.)
Das Zimmer wird nur zur Zwischenmiete angeboten. Eventuell verlängert sich mein Auslandsaufenthalt, das wird aber vermutlich erst im Dezember entschieden.
Alle Kosten wie Internet, GEZ etc sind im Mietpreis inbegriffen. Der Mietpreis ist je für die vollen Monate angegeben, für Oktober wird natürlich entsprechend runter kalkuliert.
The room is only available for the indicated timeframe. My absence might be extended, but that will only be decided by December.
All costs (WLAN, GEZ etc) are included in the rent. Rent is indicated as for the full month's, for October rent will be lower of course.
