It is the biggest room in the flat and is on the corner of the building with a window on each side. The two windows and the cut of the room in general make it very light and spacious.
The room is 18 qm and comes furnished, including:
-Big wardrobe,
-Small wardrobe
-Chest of drawers
-Large bed
-2x bed side tables
-Sofa
-Coffee table
-Desk
-Chair
(350 Euros in total).
The room is first available as a sublet for three months and afterwards is open for normal rent until 30th June 2020
The flatshare is 3 minutes by foot from Goetheplatz (U3/U6), five minutes from Oktoberfest and the Isar so it is a great location.
At Goethplatz there is a lot of shops (Edeka, Penny, DM, REWE, Post Office) bars, restaurants and much more.
For anybody interested in going to Oktoberfest, this is a brilliant flat to live in as the festival grounds are 10 minutes away on foot and five minutes later you could have your first beer in hand.
Otherwise there is the large cinema directly at Goetheplatz, Mcdonald's etc and in summer, the river isar is a stone's throw away.
The atmosphere in the flatshare is great. We are an interesting mix of international workers and students. There are many nationalities here (German, French, English and Italian). All languages are used but we mostly communicate in English or German so understanding is not a problem.
As a flat we like to do things together or with the two flats below us. Whether it be a comfortable movie night, cooking session, party, BBQ at the river Isar or anything else together. Nobody is bored here. However equally nobody will be offended if you want your own space in your room though. It is quite a relaxed friendly atmosphere.
We are 4 girls and 3 guys from different countries, looking for someone between 20 and 30 who is sociable and respectful.
