Ich suche einen Nachmieter bzw. Nachmieterin für mein schönes Zimmer in einem netten Mitbewohner am Rotkreutzplatz.
Ich kann ab 25.08 umziehen. Ich habe das Glück, bei meiner Abreise flexibel zu sein. :) Das Zimmer ist möglicherweise ab August, September und Oktober verfügbar.
Der Mietvertrag endet 31.03.2022.
Es kostet 752 € warm ( inklusive Nebenkosten, WLAN, GEZ) inbegriffen.
Es ist 12qm groß und hat einen unabhängigen Eingang zur Wohnung, die sich auf der Terrasse befindet.
Das Zimmer ist möbliert wenn Sie möchten. Sie müssen nur eine Matratze kaufen.
Die WG befindet sich gegenüber dem Zimmer. Die WG ist voll ausgestattet mit Waschmaschine, Spülmaschine und einem großen Kühlschrank. Es gibt eine große Küche und einem großen Wohnzimmer mit Balkon.Das Wohnzimmer ist groß und Sie können es benutzen, wie Sie möchten.

I'm looking for someone to take my place in a nice WG in Rotkreuplatz.
I can move out from 25tj August. I have the luck to be flexible with my move out. I can free the room in September or October too :).
The location contract finish the 31.03.2022. The Rent is 752 euros ( all inclusive with gaz and internet)
The room is independent from the WG, 12 qm, nice, and quiet. There is a Terasse between the room and the flat.
The room is furnished (if you want), you will just need to buy a mattress.
The WG is great. It is fully equipped with a washing machine, dishwasher and a large refrigerator. The living room with a balcony and the Kitchen are spacious. You can use it as you want.
Die Wohnung ist im Rotkreuzplatz U-bahn U1-U7, tram 12, Bus 53, 144, 62
Die U-bahn Haltstelle "Rotkreuzplatz" (U1/U7) ist nur 2 Gehminuten entfernt und bringt man schnell und direkt zum Hbf und Sendlinger Tor.
Restaurants, Cafes ... Viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind weniger als 5 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar: Edeka, DM, Galeria, Alnatura...

The Metro U1/U7, bus or Tram can be reached in 2 min.
Die verbleibenden Zimmer werden bewohnt 2 Mädchen (32, Erzieherinnen), die Deutsch, Englisch und Französisch sprechen. Es gibt auch einen kleinen Hund.
Am besten ergänzt du die WG wenn du:
- Zwischen 25-35 Jahre alt bist
- du hast einen Arbeitsvertrag und Gehaltsabrechnungen
- Ordentlich bist und auch putzen kannst
- keine Angst vor Hunden
- du rauchst nicht
