Wir haben noch ein Zimmer in unserer internationalen 5er Loft-WG frei. Das Loft WG Haus besteht insgesamt aus 6 Wohneinheiten für 39 Studenten, Praktikanten und Young Professionals.
Die Wohnung wurde 2016 komplett neu renoviert und neu ausgestattet mit stylischen Bädern, einer neuen Küche, 3,30 m hohen Decken und allem was man braucht! Bist du auf der Suche nach einem schön möblierten, sauberen Zimmer in einer coolen Loft-Wohnung und gleichzeitig sozialen Anschluss… dann bist du bei uns genau richtig!!! :-)

- Ca. 14 qm
- komplett möbliert: 140er Bett mit Bettzeug, Schrank, Schreibtisch, Lampen, Vorhang, Regal usw.
also einfach Klamotten mitbringen, einziehen, wohlfühlen.

Mit der U5 oder U7 bist du ohne Umsteigen in 13 min der City (Odeonsplatz), in 8 min am Ostbahnhof, 14 min zum Stachus oder in 15 min ins Party-Viertel Glockenbach.

Das Schöne an unserer WG ist, das es genügend Platz gibt für Gesellschaft und Ruhe. Wer seine Ruhe haben will und für sich sein möchte, kann jederzeit in seinem Zimmer chillen. In der großen Wohnküche wird sicher immer wer sein zum quatschen, gemeinsam kochen, oder mal ein Bierchen oder Wein trinken! :-)
