Dear all,
To make it more accessible for any nationalities we go right into English.
We are a young couple with a baby on its way, hoooorray! :)
We've got this wonderful flat, pretty big and cosy and in it a so-called Wintergarten, which in some future will be the baby's room. But currently it's empty and we're renting it out overnight and short stays.
You'd have your own small bathroom with shower next door, as we have our own bathroom upstairs. Kitchen is fully equipped, you'd have accessibility to the balcony where you could also smoke and we have a pet, Neo, our little dog.
About us: we enjoy being amongst international people. Ourselves, we are from Central/South America. Fred was born in Guatemala and I (AC) was born in Venezuela. I lived for a couple of years in the UK and Portugal. Fred works all day and I am just enjoying my pregnancy holidays :)
If any questions don't hesitate to contact. Ah! And public transport is super easy to Frankfurt. Tram 17 to the main station (Hbf) only 8 minutes walking distance from our home and it takes merely 12 minutes to the HBF. And there is also a bus even closer to the house (653) which takes you to the Südbahnhof in no time (7 minutes).
