The room is 13 m^2 and is furnished. It has a cupboard, a small desk, a closet, small chest, and a bed (some of these things not visible in the pictures). You can find a heating radiator and a single window within the room.
Cozy farm house in a peaceful location in Mintraching bei Neufahrn. You can find a Penny and a Rewe supermarket and a DM store at walking distance. There is a connection to Neufahrn by bus (691/692 which takes 5 min and come every 20/40 min).
We are at ~25 min from Garching Forschungzentrum by bike and we are located in between the S1 connection at Neufahrn and the S8 at Hallbergmoos, both reachable by bus.
You will find facilities such as a Cinema, a billiard room, a swimming pool, and bars among others, at walking distance (less than 15 min). The place is ideal for a car owner, student or worker near Garching.
Currently, we are three guys and we all study at the TUM at Garching or Freising. We are a diverse group and encourage all nationalities to apply. Uday from India and Jakob from Germany are doing their master’s in informatics, and Karim from Egypt, is a physiotherapist studying nutrition and biomedicine . We mainly speak English among ourselves and love cooking, watching movies and playing board games from time to time. We are looking for someone that fits in well to stay in the room which just got vacated by the previous renter. We hope we find someone that likes the location and is looking forward to stay for at least 6 months.
WG located at the second floor of the house. It contains 4 rooms, a hall/living room, a bathroom and a kitchen.
The kitchen is fully equipped. It has a 4 place stove, an oven, a microwave, a dishwasher, a fridge and a separate freezer.
The bathroom is also very nicely equipped: it has a shower, a bathtub and a toilet.
The WG has a washing machine and WIFI internet connection.
Additionally, the house has a bike room if needed.
