Das Zimmer ist als Pension oder Übergangslösung gedacht für Leute die ein Praktikum machen, auf Wohnungssuche sind oder in der Probezeit eines neuen Arbeitgebers. Die Wohnung ist sehr gepflegt und ich wünsche mir einen "aufgeräumten" ;o) Mieter.
Das Zimmer liegt in perfekter zentraler Lage (1 Minute zum Hauptbahnhof, 2 Minuten zum schönen Marktplatz). Sportstudio gegenüber. Alle Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in unmittelbarer Nähe.

The apartment is very close to everything you need. It is downtown, half a minute to main station,2 Minutes to the wonderful market place, all shopping areas just around the corner and a gym on the other side of the street.
I´d like to let the room part-time to commuters, students or trainees, who would like to rent a room for a few months or weeks.If you would like to rent the room just for one or two weeks I charge a different prize, please just ask via email.
