Hi! Wir suchen 2 Mitbewohner für eine wunderschöne große gemütliche Altbauwohnung in Diedesfeld in Neustadt an der Weinstraße. Wir sind bisher zwei Mädels, 21 und 22, in Ausbildung.
Leider können wir keine Bilder zur Verfügung stellen, da die Wohnung noch bewohnt ist. Wir müssen bis zum 19.05.2021 dem Vermieter Bescheid geben, ob wir die Wohnung nehmen, also schreibt uns bei Interesse direkt!
Freie Zimmer wären das komplette Obergeschoss (Dachbodenzimmer) oder das 27 qm große Zimmer (als WZ betitelt auf dem Grundriss).
Ein schönes Esszimmer mit offener Küche sorgt für eine tolle Atmosphäre in der Wohnung.
Einzugstermin wäre der 1.9.2021
Miete warm mit Internet p.p. 300 Euro
