Kleines aber feines Zimmer nach Südwesten ausgerichtet. Es scheint also die Nachmittagssonne rein :-)
Das Zimmer kannst du möbliert, teilmöbliert oder auch ohne Möbel nehmen. Die hohen Decken machen den besonderen Altbauflair aus. Generell ist die Wohnung sehr freundlich und warm eingerichtet.

You can take the room furnished, partly furnished or without furniture. The high ceilings add to the special old building flair. In general, the flat is very friendly and warm.
Zentral gelegen - mitten in der Neustadter Innenstadt. Kein Autolärm, da die Wohnung in der Fußgängerzone liegt. Dein Zimmer ist dazu auch noch sehr schön ruhig nach hinten raus.
Centrally located - right in the centre of Neustadt. No car noise, as the flat is in the pedestrian zone. Your room is also very quiet towards the back.
Ich (Milena, 28) wohne seit Anfang April in Neustadt und freu mich auf einen warmen, herzoffenen Menschen in der Wohnung, die für mich allein zu groß ist. Ich arbeite im Homeoffice als Deutschlehrerin und bin gern zuhause, aber auch viel unterwegs mit meinem Van. Ansonsten mache ich super gern Sport, gebe bald auch Yogaunterricht in Neustadt und lese und tanze. Ich freu mich über Austausch und finde es schön, hin und wieder zusammen zu kochen und zu quatschen :-) Ich spreche auch Spanisch und Englisch. Wichtig ist mir Toleranz für LGBTQ.
I (Milena, 28) have been living in Neustadt since the beginning of April and am looking forward to a warm, open-hearted person in the flat that is too big for me alone. I work in a home office as a German teacher and like to be at home, but also travel a lot with my van. Apart from that, I love doing sports, will soon be giving yoga classes in Neustadt and I also read and dance. I'm happy to exchange ideas and find it nice to cook and chat together every now and then . Important to me is a tolerance towards the LGBTQ-Community.
