We’re looking for someone (girl or boy) who needs a big, sunny, partly (mattress, table, chair, curtains) furnished room in
our huge and sunny 4 br apt. You will live with 2 girls (28-30 y) and one only 24 year old ;o) guy. we want someone who
is quite, neat and who is
able to pay rent and a returnable deposit of 800 Euro on time. You will share the big kitchen, the big livingroom and a bathroom.
The location is great, everything is nearby: bakeries, laundries, delis and
the best cafes and restaurants in Astoria! It is a real bargain! The Subway
(N or W) is 3 minutes walk distance, and only 5 stops to Manhattan (5th Avenue for all the girls out there).
The rent is 750 Euro and the utilities (ConEd and TWC wireless Highspeed
Internet) are shared every month (ca. 50 Euro per month per person).
