Hey everyone,
There is a room opening in our apartment. The room easily fits a queen bed, as well as a little walk in closet, which gives you enough space to store your clothes and more. Its a 4 bedroom apartment with 3 lovely and mature room mates (you have to be gay friendly). The apartment is located in prime Bushwick, 3 min walking distance the the subway stop Myrtle/Broadway (J/M/Z) trains or 10-15 min walk to the L Morgan stop. With J express in the morning its two stops to the Lower Eastside so a very quick trip to Manhattan. Sadly we aren't allowed to own any pets (I'm sure a gold fish or such sorts wouldn't bother the landlord ;)). The price includes all utilities except the internet which I think is around 16$ but otherwise it includes all costs. If you have any questions please reach out or want to schedule a visit. Die Wohnung hat perfekten Lage für diverse Subways. Der J,M,Z Train liegt gerade mal 2 Minuten zu Fuss von der Wohnung entfert, welcher einem direkt in 15 Minuten nach Manhatten mitnimmt. Der L Train liegt 12 Minuten zu fuss entfernt. Es gibt diverse Restaurant und Bars in der Nähe. Bushwick wird momentan als eines der hippsten quartiere gehandelt und die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral für diverse Aktivitäten, ob tagsüber oder nachts.
Wir sind eine 4er WG. Ich (28 Jahre) bin aus der Schweiz und lebe seit 5 Jahren in New York, davor habe ich 1.5 Jahre in Berlin gelebt. Zwei der momentan Bewohner sind schwul deshalb sollte sich auch keine Frau sorgen machen mit 3 Männern zu leben. Ich arbeite als Fotobearbeiter. Meine Mitbewohner arbeiten im Verkauf und bei Twitter. Wir sind sehr anständige Leute und respektieren uns gegenseitig und nehmen deshalb Rücksicht aufeinander (auch bezüglich Lärm und Sauberkeit).
Im Preis sind alle Nebenkosten beinhaltet was sehr praktisch ist im Sommer weil Klimaanlage echt viel an Energie kostet. Ich lebe seit 5 Jahren in der WG und war super zufrieden mit der Wohnung weil es echt krass grausame Wohnungen hier gibt. Bei Interesse können wir auch gerne mal Skypen und ich zeig das Zimmer und die Wohnung sehr gerne. Ihr könnt auch gerne zusätzliche Fragen stellen.
