Hi! I'm a 30-year old female intern from Germany who is looking for a furnished room (no shared room). I'm getting to New York City on December 28th and will need a place to stay until the end of June 2014. As my internship takes place in midtown, it would be great to get a place close by. My budget is limited to about 1.000 USD (utilities, phone/internet access/TV and other bills included). As I don't smoke I prefer roommates who are non-smokers. I also don't like pets. People between 20-40 would be fun to live and get along with. My friends consider me as very easy-going and friendly. I'm highly responsible and I always pay my bills in time.
