I will leave the room for 2 months (May+Jun). The time can be flexible to extend to Jul. Just pm me so we can make a plan for it. However, can not anmeldung.
Before I leave, I will clean and put my personal stuffs into some small boxes and keep them inside the wardrobe. I don't have many things so you still have plenty spaces to store your stuffs.
Internet/wifi/LAN is included.
You have your own fridge compactment, so food stolen never happens here. 😁
There is a cleaning lady taking care of the kitchen every week.
You can also use my kitchen utensils, cooking pots, water cooker, etc
Bathroom shares with 1 other girl only.
There are also washing machine (2e per 2h30') and one dryer machine (free to use).
Small garden and a place to park the bike safe. You can also use my small bike (24") to travel around the city, just need to keep it safe 😁

Ich werde das Zimmer für 2 Monate verlassen (Mai+Jun). Die Zeit kann flexibel sein, um Jul. verlängern Nur pm mich so können wir einen Plan für sie machen. Allerdings kann nicht anmeldet.
Bevor ich abreise, werde ich meine persönlichen Sachen aufräumen und in kleine Kisten packen und im Kleiderschrank aufbewahren. Ich habe nicht viele Dinge, so dass Sie noch viel Platz haben, um Ihre Sachen zu speichern.
Internet/wifi/LAN ist inklusive.
Ihr habt euren eigenen Kühlschrank, also wird hier nie Essen gestohlen. 😁
Es gibt eine Putzfrau, die sich jede Woche um die Küche kümmert.
Du kannst auch meine Küchenutensilien, Kochtöpfe, Wasserkocher, etc. benutzen.
Das Badezimmer wird nur mit 1 anderen Mädchen geteilt.
Es gibt auch eine Waschmaschine (2e pro 2h30') und einen Trockner (kostenlos zu benutzen).
Kleiner Garten und ein Platz, um das Fahrrad sicher zu parken. Sie können auch mein kleines Fahrrad (24") benutzen, um in der Stadt zu reisen, müssen es nur sicher halten 😁.

The location is very convenient with:
- 6 Minute to Nürnberg Hbf/U-bahn (Main train station)
- 3 Minute to the nearest Tram.
- 3-5 Minute to supermarket, i.e. Penny, Norma, Türkish Laden, Rewe, Asia Laden
The area is quiet and very safe.
The view outside is also very nice.
There is a big parking lot but I don't have a car so I don't know if it's charged or free.

- 6 Minuten bis Nürnberg Hbf/U-bahn (Hauptbahnhof)
- 3 Minuten bis zur nächsten Straßenbahn.
- 3-5 Minuten zum Supermarkt, z.B. Penny, Norma, Türkish Laden, Rewe, Asia Laden
Die Gegend ist ruhig und sehr sicher.
Der Blick nach draußen ist auch sehr schön.
Es gibt einen großen Parkplatz, aber da ich kein Auto habe, weiß ich nicht, ob er gebührenpflichtig oder kostenlos ist.
There are 8 female students (including myself already). We are very international, friendly, respect each other, keep our stuffs clean in the kitchen and bathroom.
