Hallo, ich suche eine/n Nachmieter/in für meinen wunderschönen Zimmer ab den 1.01.2020 . Der Zimmer ist voll möbliert und enthalt es ein großes Bett, ein Tisch, zwei Stuhle, einen Gardarobe, ein Klamotten stand, einen Spiegel und ein Regal. Alle die Möbeln würde ich gegen Aufpreis weitergeben. Das Zimmer ist sehr hell, wegen den drei großen Fenstern.
Die Wg befindet sich genau zwischen Aufseßplatz und Hauptbahnof. 10 Minuten von dem Innenstadt. Verschiedenen Supermärkte 2 Minuten zu fuß (Netto, Rewe, Lidl). Viele Restauranten und bars.
Die Wg ist sehr ruhig. Die anderen 3 Mitbewohnern arbeiten und sind nur am Abend zu Hause.
Das Preis ist 410 + 50 euro Nebenkosten (Strom, Wasser und Internet).
