NOTE: The deposit of 700EUR will be given back once the room and private devices of mine (e.g. microwave, small fridge, TV, etc.) will be returned without any damage. Those items may be used by the tenant during his/her stay at the room, however, they must not be damaged nor removed from the room. They are not a part of the regular equipment of the dorm room.
Disclaimer: 200 EUR mentioned is a Warmmiete (=all costs included).
Located in the middle of an oak grove in Dutzendteichstr. 8 next to the lake Dutzendteich and recreational park Luitpoldhain. There is also an open-air sports area nearby as well.
The dorm is located next to the FAU campus/bibliothek and mensa.
Edeka and Norma store (Scharrerstraße) 10 minutes away walking or 2 tram stops.
Lidl, Aldi, and DM - 5 mins by bike, 15 mins by walk. Obi, KFC and gym nearby.
Tram stop n°6 in front of the buildings (fliegerstr./EWF), S-bahn close-by and buses from Doku-zentrum (5-10 mins walking. S2 line goes directly to Hbf and TH Nurnberg.
University students flatmates from different countries. Most people are German-speakers. Everyone here speaks English as well.
Shared kitchen and bathrooms (male and female separate, 4 in total). Common living room and balcony.
There is a common basement with waschinmachines, cigarette automats, toilet paper supplies, etc.
The dorm has a Parkplatz and a separate basement to store bikes.
