Ich suche eine Mitbewohnerin befristet (Ein- und Auszugsdatum sind verhandelbar).
Das helle Zimmer ist möbliert (großes Bett - 160x200cm, Schrank, Schreibtisch, Kommode...) und liegt im 3. Stock, Altbau (kein Aufzug - dafür aber einen Balkon zum Innenhof ;-)
Voll ausgestattete Küche mit Balkon, Bad mit Wanne, Gemeinschaftsraum (Esstisch, Sofa), Keller, Innenhof mit Fahrradstellplatz
Internet (WLAN) und Kabel TV sind in den Kosten enthalten.
Die Öffentlichen sind sehr gut erreichbar - ca 3 Minuten zu Fuß ist sowohl U-Bahn Maximilianstraße als auch Eberhardshof. Lidl, Aldi, Kaufland, Rossmann... sind gleich um die Ecke.
Schöne Lage - nur zwei Straßen vom Pegnitzgrund entfernt (super zum Joggen)
Die Öffentlichen sind sehr gut erreichtbar - ca 3 Minuten zu Fuß ist sowohl U-Bahn Maximilianstraße als auch Eberhardshof. Lidl, Aldi, Kaufland, Rossmann... sind gleich um die Ecke. Öffentliche Parkplätze und Anwohnerparken ausreichend in der Umgebung vorhanden.

Ich bin berufstätig, an den Wochenenden oft unterwegs, rauche nicht, koche gern und oft - auch gemeinsam, gehe oft tanzen (bin aber kein Party-Mensch) und zum Sport, bin sehr unkompliziert.
Freue mich auch auf gemeinsame Gespräche, Filme- und Serien gucken...
Meine bisherige WG-Mitbewohnerin zieht Ende Mai leider weg, meine neue Mitbewohnerin erst Mitte Juli ein, daher suche ich noch jemanden für Juni (bis evtl Mitte Juli).
