The apartment is located very close to Falkenheim busstop. The apartment is fully furnished and is 35 qm. It is spacious for two people to stay and has cellar and washing maschine. There is no dish washer though. This is a studio apartment with a big garden and balcony.
I am an Indian writing my thesis here with a company. I would be happy to share the apartment with anyone for a short or long period. Contact me if you are interested.
I cook three or four times a day. I go to office on weekdays. I am a jovial person. It would be nice to have some company.
I dont mind if you are a smoker, but no smoking in the room.
Falkenheim is in Suedfriedhof/gartenstadt. there is a strassenbahn close by at saarbrukener strasse. Franken strasse is the closest U-Bahn. Franken strasse can be reached in 10 minutes.
RENT IS NEGOTIABLE AND PEOPLE CAN STAY FOR SHORT DURATIONS AS WELL.
