Es handelt sich um eine DG-Wohnung,die viel Licht bietet. Die Wohnung ist ca 80qm und verfügt über große Fenster in einer absolut ruhigen und beliebten Lage von Nürnberg. Die S-Bahn Haltestelle Laufamholz +Edeka-Supermerkt sind ca 5 Gehminuten entfernt - der Bus hält vor dem nächsten Haus, also absolut verkehrsgünstig. Zum Joggen kannst Du den Pegnitzgrund oder Reichswald ca 2 min entfernt wählen. Da ich im mittleren Alter und ganztags berufstätig bin, wünsche ich keine Party-People. Das Zimmer ist kurzfristig und/oder tagesweise beziehbar.
