The apartment is central and close to everything you need: so as groceries, supermarkets, hairdresser, salons, and public transportation. 1 min to the U Bahn Station Rennweg. You can come as have a look about the flat from Mo-Fr. after 7pm. There is one girl living in who works for adidas, we prefer someone who also works for this company. Your room will be nice and cozy and has everything you need, shelves, wardrobe and a desk to work on. Every room is fully furnished so as the kitchen and the bathroom.
The apartment is perfectly located and almost in the centre - walking distance 5 min.
You can reach every daily needs so as supermarkets, salons, pharmacies in no time. ( walking distance 2min-5.min ) Public transportation 1min. ( Rennweg Ubahn Station ). Restaurants and more are also 2 min. walking distance away
Sergio is a spanish native speaker and lives since last November 2017 in this flat, he works for adidas and is looking for someone who also speaks spanish or at least english. Im looking for someone who also works for adidas or puma, maybe you can arrange a car pool together. The life in my flat is really harmonious and we prefer that it stays like this. The neighbours never complained so far about any noise, but it´s also not allowed to have parties in the flat. No noise before 7am and after 10pm. Neighbours never complained because of the rules. Trash needs do be scrupulously separated. We also clean the stair way every week ( Sundays) from the 4th floor to the 3rd floor. This can not be skipped, this needs to be done! Then every half year, we also need to do the big house rule which means to clean, the backyard, floors and in front of the house.

Sergio is an easy going dude who loves to enjoy evening with friends and also know the one he lives with. Nevertheless he also respects your privacy and is always willing to help. The dishes needs to be washed right after and the Apartments needs to be cleaned every sunday, the windows needs to be open after every shower to avoid moldy corners or similar things. The apartments needs to be ventilated every day to avoid bad smell.
