A Fully-furnished 19 sqm room is available from 1st of July, 2023. A large living room, kitchen, Bathroom and Toilet are shared with other 3 flatmates. The room is furnished with a sofa, large bed, wardrobe, study table, office chair, carpet etc.
We have a fully equipped kitchen(Oven, Induction stove, Dishwasher, Microwave, Toaster, Refrigerator with
separate freezer, Utensils, Cutlery etc.), Washing machine, Vacuum cleaner etc.

Ein voll möbliertes 19 qm großes Zimmer ist ab dem 1. Juli 2023 verfügbar. Ein großes Wohnzimmer,
Küche, Bad und Toilette werden mit 3 weiteren Mitbewohnern geteilt.
Das Zimmer ist mit einem Sofa, großem Bett, Kleiderschrank, Schreibtisch, Bürostuhl, Teppich usw. ausgestattet.
Wir haben eine voll ausgestattete Küche (Backofen, Induktionsherd, Geschirrspüler, Mikrowelle, Toaster, Kühlschrank mit
Kühlschrank mit separatem Gefrierfach, Geschirr, Besteck usw.), Waschmaschine, Staubsauger usw.
Location: The house is in top location in Nuremberg and is well connected with Ubahn, Tram and Bus. Ubahn stations: Kaulbachplatz(U3), Maxfeld(U3), Rathenauplatz(U2/U3) and Friedrich-Ebert Platz(U3) are just 5-10 min away. Frequency of connections to Erlangen is very high.

und Bus. Ubahn-Stationen: Kaulbachplatz(U3), Maxfeld(U3), Rathenauplatz(U2/U3) und
Friedrich-Ebert Platz(U3) sind nur 5-10 Minuten entfernt. Die Frequenz der Verbindungen nach Erlangen ist sehr hoch.
Die FAU Technische Fakultät (TechFak) Erlangen ist mit der Tram4 + Bus 20/30 in 36 Minuten zu erreichen.
Die Wirtschafts- und Sozialwissenschaftliche Fakultät (WiSo) der FAU ist in 5 Min. zu Fuß erreichbar.
Rewe, Aldi, Norma und verschiedene Restaurants sind in 2-10 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen.

2) Raj(24M) - Studies Master in Data science at FAU, also working student at Siemens. The party planner.
3) Adi(23M) - Studies Master in Communication and Multimedia at FAU. Gym freak. Ask him about football.
Everyone likes cooking and spending time together on weekends. You can join us or can also retreat to your
room if you are busy. We have a weekly cleaning plan.

2) Raj(24M) - Studiert Master in Data Science an der FAU, ebenfalls Werkstudent bei Siemens. Der Party-Planer.
3) Adi(23M) - Studiert Master in Kommunikation und Multimedia an der FAU. Fitnessstudio-Freak. Frag ihn über Fußball.
Alle kochen gerne und verbringen am Wochenende gerne Zeit miteinander. Du kannst dich uns anschließen oder auch in dein Zimmer zurückziehen, wenn Sie beschäftigt sind. Wir haben einen wöchentlichen Putzplan.
