Ich bin 29J., w., studiere Soziale Arbeit und suche für meine 2er WG plus wohlerzogene Jack-Russel-Dame, einen neuen unkomplizierten Mitbewohner/in.
Ab sofort mit EInschränkungen möglich!!!
Für die gemeinsame Küche (inklusive Spülmaschine!) und Waschmaschine fallen 230€ Ablöse an.
Obendrein gibts ein gemütliches kleines Gemeinschaftswohnzimmer, Bad mit Badewanne (Duschmöglichkeit), dazu ein Kellerabteil für Stauraum.
Alles bis auf dein Zimmer komplett eigerichtet.
Zu Fuss bist du in 20 min am Hauptmarkt.
Tolle Einkaufmöglichkeiten (ReWe,Aldi in unmittelbarer Nähe).
Ab sofort: Mein Mitbewohner hat noch 1-2 Wochen seine Möbel drin stehen.
Übernachtung ab sofort aber kein Problem.
Übernahme der Möbel ist möglich, aber NICHT erforderlich.
