ich suche ab Mitte Oktober (evtl auch früher) eine nette Mitbewohnerin oder einen netten Mitbewohner.
Meine Mitbewohnerin macht in bis Ende Februar ein Auslandssemester und deswegen ist ihr Zimmer frei.
Die Wohnung hat insgesamt ca 64 qm und befindet sich im 2.Obergeschoss.
Ein Kellerabteil und ein Fahrradkeller sind ebenfalls vorhanden.
Die Wohnung liegt in der schönen Nordstadt, direkt am Friedrich-Ebert-Platz, d.h. sämtliche öffentliche Verkehrsmittel sind in ca 2 min zu erreichen. Zu Fuss in die Stadt braucht man ca. 20 Minuten.
Ich wohne selbst erst seit November in der Wohnung, dass heißt es ist noch nicht alles ganz perfekt eingerichtet.
Ich möchte keine Zweck-WG, versteh aber natürlich auch wenn man mal seine Ruhe braucht.
Toll wäre jemand der gerne kocht, denn dass gehört leider nicht so zu meinen Stärken.
Am Wochenende gehe ich gerne weg, mit neuem/neuer Mitbewohner/in wäre das natürlich noch spassiger :)

Das Zimmer kann gerne jederzeit besichtigt werden.
