Die 3 Zimmer hängen wie auf dem Plan ersichtlich zusammen.
Die Wohnung hat eine super Lage. Man ist schnell zu Fuß in der Innenstadt. Es gibt Supermärkte um die Ecke und man kommt schnell mit dem Auto auf die A3.
Es gibt einen großen Flur, eine große Küche, einen Balkon und Bad und WC sind getrennt voneinander. Die Wohnung hat hohe Decken und einen schönen Holzboden.

i am offering 3 rooms in my nice 6-bedroom-appartment in nürnberg. i am looking for a second person to share my flat with. it would be just me and you.
the flat is located in a nice street between pirckheimer strasse and the castle. close to town and good to get on the b4 to adidas.
the three free rooms have about 37 square meters with a a nice real wood floor.
there is a balcony, a large kitchen, bathroom and toilet separated.
