Die 3 Zimmer Wohnung liegt am Friedrich-Ebert-Platz in einer ruhigen Seitenstraße neben dem Archivpark. Zur Burg sind es nur 5 Gehminuten. Dein Zimmer ist 17 qm und hat 2 große Fenster. Das mittlere Zimmer (17 qm) wird als Gemeinschaftszimmer/Esszimmer genutzt und hat einen Balkon. Mein Zimmer (17 qm) liegt ganz vorne. Die WG liegt im 2. Stock eines Altbaus. In allen Räumen ist Laminat verlegt und geheizt wird über eine Gastherme. DSL und WLAN sind vorhanden. Am Speicher befindet sich noch ein Abstellraum. Im Innenhof befindet sich ein kleiner Garten mit Tisch, Stühlen und Grill und ein überdachter Fahrradabstellplatz.

hei leute,
zum 1.3. zieht mein jetziger Mitbewohner aus und da mir die Wohnung sehr gut gefällt such ich einen entspannten Typen der bei mir einzieht, zu mir selber gibts nicht viel zu sagen ich studiere an der Ohm, im Winter gehts ab und zu in die Berge zum Snowboarden und ja ruft mich einfach an wenn ihr was wissen wollt bzw. schreibt mir ne e-mail mit ein paar infos über euch. bis dann. Achja, da das meiste der Einrichtung meinem jetzigen Mitbewohner gehört wäre eine Neugestaltung der WG möglich.
