da ich zum 1.September ausziehe suche ich ein neues WG-Mitglied für meine Mitbewohnerin.
Bei Bedarf wäre das Zimmer schon ab 15. August zu beziehen.
Mein Zimmer ist möbliert (allerdings gebe es auch die Möglichkeit die Möbel unterzustellen) wenn ihr selber Möbel mitbringen wollt.
Für einen ersten Eindruck schaut euch einfach mal die Fotos an.

Die Wohnung liegt super zentral, innerhalb von 5 Geh-Minuten seid ihr in der Innenstadt oder am Hauptbahnhof oder aber auch an der U-Bahnhaltestelle Opernhaus (U2 & U3) oder Aufseßplatz (U1).
Da die Wohnung im Innenhof liegt, bekommt man auch von den Lärm der Strasse nichts mit.
An der Straße gibt es genügend kostenfreie Parkplätze.
Meine Mitbewohnerin sucht eine weibliche WG-Bewohnerin im Alter von 25-30 Jahren, die mein Zimmer beziehen möchte.
Meine Mitbewohnerin ist unkompliziert, offen und kocht gern :)
