Die Wohnung hat drei Zimmer, wobei man das dritte nur durch das zweite erreicht. Daher nur für eine Person. Die Wohnung hat eine richtige Küche und einen Balkon. Siehe einfach Grundriss und Fotos. Mikrowelle, Ofen und Kühlschrank sind schon in der Küche. Ne Waschmaschine gibts auch. Wohnung ist jetzt in keinem Top-Zustand, aber hat auch keine großen Mängel (mal ne Fliese gesprungen, Parkett bisschen schief etc.). Dafür gibts eben ne große Küche und Balkon :-)
REWE, Bäcker, ÖVP alles in unmittelbarer Nähe. Zu Fuß nichtmal 10 min zur Haltestelle Dürrenhof bzw. zur TH.
Ich bin 27 und mach seit Oktober meinen Master in Chemie an der TH an. Bin nicht besonders pingelig und hab auch keinen mega Putzfimmel, aber es ist auch keine totale Katastrophe xD Stepptanzen oder laut Gitarre spielen tu ich auch nicht :D Bin bisher immer recht gut ausgekommen mit meinen Mitbewohnern. Meine bisherige Mitbewohnerin wird mit ihrem Freund zusammen ziehen und die WG daher verlassen. Hier wohnen auch zwei Katzenbrüder, die sind (meistens) aber recht brav ;-) Die Kater sind recht auf mich fixiert und müssen natürlich nicht ins Zimmer gelassen werden.
Also die Katzen sind echt süß!
