Ich suche einen Zwischenmieter von September bis März, da ich in diesem Zeitraum mein Auslandspraktikum mache.
Das Zimmer ist komplett möbliert und hat einen Balkon in Richtung Süden und ist somit sehr lichtdurchflutet.
Internet und Fernsehen sind in der Warmmiete mit inbegriffen. ( 100.000er Leitung). Der Strom wird extra abgerechnet bei Auszug.
Die große Couch ist ausziehbar und bietet somit eine gute Schlafmöglichkeit für 2 Gäste.
Die Wohnung hat eine Waschmaschine mit eingebauten Trockner, eine Spülmaschine und im Haus gibt es einen Aufzug.

I'm looking for a tenant from September until March as I will be abroad for my internship.
The room is fully furnished and has a balcony located on the southern side of the building, making it very bright.
Internet (100.000) and TV fees are included in the rent, electricity is due when you move out.
The comfortable couch can be expanded and provides accommodation for two guests.
The appartment is fully equipped with a washing machine/dryer, a dishwasher and is accessible via a lift.
Die Wohnung befindet sich in der Südstadt Nürnbergs und alles wichtige befindet sich in der Nähe.
U- Bahn und Straßenbahn sind nur 2 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt, ebenso die Supermärkte ( Rewe, Netto, Norma), Bäcker, Apotheken, Post, Restaurants usw. ( Aufseßplatz).
In 10 Minuten zu Fuß erreichst du den Hauptbahnhof und die Innenstadt.

In about 2 minutes on foot, you can reach the metro and tram stations as well as supermarkets, post offfice, bakeries, pfarmacies, restaurants etc. In 10 minutes on foot, you can reach the central train station and the city center with its many shops, restaurants, pubs, clubs and tourist attractions.
Gesucht wird ein Mieter zur Zwischenmiete, gerne auch ein Ausstauschstudent, der für sein Semester noch eine Unterkunft braucht. Da im Moment beide Zimmer in dieser WG frei sind, kann ich leider nichts zum WG Leben sagen. Wie ihr das gestaltet liegt dann ganz bei euch.

Dein Fahhrrad kannst du sicher in der Tiefgarage abstellen. Außerdem gibt es noch ein Kellerabteil, in dem du nicht benötigte Sachen zwischenlagern kannst.
