So my name is Winnie and I am renting my room from Oct, as I am gonna travel and will unfortunately have to leave my room . So looking for the next cool person to replace me !:) Pls read the caption before applying:)
Common areas are a kitchen, two toilets and a bathroom, especially the kitchen is the fulcrum, meeting point and pivotal point in the shared apartment.
The costs include electricity, water, heating. Internet costs 5 euros. Cleaning stuff for the flat are bought together for everyone.
Location
Haslerstrasse 27 is a 3-minute walk from the tram (No. 4 and 6). It takes 5 minutes to No. 5 and to the S-Bahn Steinbühl 10 minutes. You can walk to the main station in 15 minutes (but why should you walk slowly to the train station). Rewe, ALDI and various grocery stores from all countries of origin and restaurants are also close to our shared flat.
Flatshare Type
We are a colorful, multicultural flat share. Life is pretty relaxed here. Everyone goes about their work during the day and in the evening we like to end the day together. Of course, everyone can also have peace and quiet if he or she wants, we have a very considerate way of dealing with each other in this regard.
We are mostly students and working people in this flat. We all leave at different times of the day so we never had a queue for taking a shower or using the times. We have a cleaning schedule every week, which helps to keep our WG clean. During the week we cook a lot together and philosophize about life. Sometimes we watch films together (We usually set the projector up and watch smth in the kitchen ) or go out to bars or concerts at the weekend.
The main language of flat is English, we do speak to some extend German, but 99% of the time we use English
